FAQ

Is this software or a spreadsheet?
It is a spreadsheet — an Excel workbook (.xlsx) with a Google Sheets version included. There is nothing to install and no account to create. You open the file in Excel or Google Sheets and it runs on your computer.
Does it connect to Stripe automatically?
No. There is no live Stripe connection and no import tab. You enter your monthly figures manually into the input tab. If you export your MRR data from Stripe or another tool, you read the numbers off and type them in — it takes under 10 minutes per month.
What figures do I enter each month?
The Monthly Input tab asks for: customers at the start of the month, new customers added and customers churned; starting MRR, new MRR, expansion MRR, contraction MRR and churned MRR; total monthly costs; marketing and sales spend; and your cash balance. Everything else calculates automatically from those inputs.
Do I need finance experience to use this?
No. The only tab you ever edit is the Monthly Input tab. All 15 metrics calculate automatically from your inputs. The workbook ships with 12 months of fictional example data so you can see it working before you replace anything with your own figures.
How is estimated revenue LTV calculated?
Estimated revenue LTV = ARPU divided by your customer churn rate. It is a simplified estimate. It does not account for gross margin or expansion revenue. Use it as a directional reference, not a precise valuation.
How is estimated runway calculated?
Estimated runway = cash balance ÷ (monthly costs − MRR), when costs exceed MRR. MRR is a simplified proxy for cash receipts, so actual cash timing can differ.
How do I receive the product after purchase?
Gumroad emails you a download link immediately after checkout. Check your spam folder if it does not arrive within a few minutes. You can also access all purchases in your Gumroad Library at gumroad.com/library. You receive the Excel file and a link to the Google Sheets version.
What is the refund and support policy?
All sales are final as these are instant digital downloads. If a file fails to open or a formula does not work as described, email najwa.saadi1@hotmail.com within 14 days of purchase — we will fix it or, if we cannot, issue a full refund. See our Terms of Service for full details.
