The SaaS Metrics Calculator plugin is skills-only: all calculations run inside your ChatGPT session. The plugin itself collects no personal data, sets no cookies, uses no analytics or tracking, and transmits nothing to us. Business figures you type in chat are handled by OpenAI under their privacy policy (https://openai.com/policies/privacy-policy/).
Retention: we retain no personal data through the plugin — there is nothing to retain. Website analytics described above are kept for a maximum of 14 months, then deleted. Support emails are kept only as long as needed to resolve your request, then deleted.
